The product
RegVault is a commercial bank-intelligence workspace associated with Commerce Street Capital. It helps professional users review institution financials, official peer performance, branch footprints, and deposit markets from official public sources.
RegVault is independently branded. It is not an FDIC, FFIEC, Federal Reserve, OCC, or other government product, and using it is not a filing with any regulator.
Professional use
The site and workspace are for professional research. They are not investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell a security, a fairness opinion, or a substitute for legal, accounting, or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for how you use the information.
Access
Public pages describe the product and the founding-customer pilot. Customer sign-in and workspace access are invitation-based. Identity, organization membership, subscription state, and feature entitlements are checked separately. A sign-in does not, by itself, grant paid access or internal Commerce Street staff roles.
No live commerce on this site
Final pricing and checkout are not live. This site does not create a public paid subscription, collect payment-card details, or complete a purchase. Pilot access is provisioned manually. Paid-plan names, prices, limits, taxes, and refunds require separate commercial and legal approval.
Source data
Research views may include official public regulatory data such as FDIC Call Reports, FFIEC UBPR, FDIC Summary of Deposits, and Census ACS aggregates, within the modules your account is entitled to use. Those sources remain the official record. RegVault does not claim government affiliation or endorsement.
Acceptable use
Use only the access you are given. Do not attempt to bypass entitlements, scrape or republish workspace content as a competing data product, or use the service for unlawful purposes. If access is withdrawn, stop using the workspace.
