Who we are
RegVault is a commercial bank-intelligence product associated with Commerce Street Capital. It is independently branded. It is not an FDIC, FFIEC, Federal Reserve, OCC, or other government product, and it is not a government website.
What this site is
The public storefront explains the product, methodology, and founding-customer pilot. Customer sign-in and the research workspace are for invited professional use. Public pages do not sell subscriptions or collect payment details.
Information this site may collect
The current commercial shell may process:
- Account identity if you sign in. Sign-in uses Firebase Authentication. That typically includes the email address used for the invitation.
- Access checks after sign-in. The product verifies organization membership, subscription state, feature entitlements, and usage limits on the server. Those checks are used to grant or deny workspace access.
- Pilot access requests submitted through the onboarding form (name, email, organization, role, and what you need) or messages you send to a published support address. Requests are stored for manual review and do not create an account or grant access.
Cookies, local storage, and analytics
The browser may store what is needed to keep you signed in and to
remember an analytics preference. That preference is saved locally
as regvault_storefront_analytics_consent_v1.
Optional storefront analytics stay off unless you allow them. This staging shell does not load an analytics provider. Necessary functionality does not wait on that choice.
Official-source research data
The research workspace can show institution and market information drawn from official public regulatory sources such as FDIC Call Reports, FFIEC UBPR, FDIC Summary of Deposits, and Census ACS aggregates, subject to your entitlements. That content is professional research material, not a customer’s confidential banking file uploaded to this public site.
How to contact us
A published support email is not configured on this page yet. Until one is added, use your existing RegVault or Commerce Street Capital contact. If a Commerce Street link appears in the footer, that is the corporate site, not a government office.
